Truly enjoyed how absolutely amazing the property was. Our accommodation was set in a central location not far from the beach and downtown and the town centre. The hotel was only 1 km from Kootenay National Park. The personnel was very welcoming and supper friendly.

The staff were incredibly friendly and knowledgeable about the area, giving us great recommendations for things to do and see. The motel was well-maintained and had a beautiful mountain view from our room. Additionally, the location was convenient, with restaurants and attractions within walking distance.

The cleanliness of the room was subpar. The bedding and towels appeared to have been cleaned, but they still had stains that were off-putting.

The owners Peter & Richard went out of their way to make everyone comfortable. Super clean and modern bathrooms. AC kept us cool in the hot weather. Super king suite with fresh flowers. Keurig machine with lots of pods. Friendly and helpful staff. Close to hot springs and town. Beautiful mountain view. Great location. Walking distance to attractions.
